Each structure will be placed upon the formula grid at location of its manifestation by the formula as was the Statue of Liberty. The six planes indicated by design formula, establishes the four manifested divisions to its design as 1111 which also can be converted to be 70 stories as its height, seen at column 35 left .This provides the proper alignment that the 111 centrally at column 34 to be capped by the line horizontally atop the three 111 as that of ancient understanding to be read as 1111. All structures shown below and in addition, can be converted as so.
